Special Events

Parents are invited to chaperone and join their children on field trips to, for example, the pumpkin farm, the planetarium, and the circus. Throughout the school year, children are also invited to participate in other special activities such as story-telling or puppet shows, Spanish Time, Bible Time, and special visits by
community workers such as a police officer, a firefighter, a dentist, or a farmer.

We also have optional programs in which children may participate, such as Travelin’ Tumblers and ChampKidz.

There are a number of traditional holidays and special events that we invite parents to participate in with us. These include:

  • Parent/Child Night – Open House
  • Halloween Parade
  • Thanksgiving Luncheon
  • Winter Holiday Pageant
  • Pajama Day/Brunch
  • Color Theme Days
  • Parents Day Breakfast
  • Family Day Picnic
  • PreK-Kindergarten Graduation
